At Peak1, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to make your shopping experience with us risk-free and transparent.
This policy explains how you can return products, request a refund, and what conditions apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products if they meet the following conditions:
✔ The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
❌ Opened or used supplements.
❌ Products that have been tampered with.
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
❌ Gift cards or promotional items received as free gifts.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Email Us at info@peak1nutrition.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2️⃣ Wait for Approval – We will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return authorization and instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Product – Once approved, send the item back using the provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process & Timeframes
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔ Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Processing time: 5-10 business days from the date of return approval.
✔ Partial Refunds:
If a product is returned damaged or not in original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.
❌ Rejected Refunds:
If a return does not meet our policy conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
✔ The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✔ The return is due to an error on our part.
📦 Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Peak1 is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
📸 Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
📜 Your order number and description of the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will:
✔ Offer a replacement at no extra cost.
✔ Provide a full refund if a replacement is not desired.
✔ Cover the return shipping costs (if required).

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@peak1nutrition.com, and we will assist you.
7. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
If you have a subscription service with Peak1, please note:
✔ You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
✔ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
✔ Subscription refunds will only be processed if the product has not yet been shipped.

8. International Orders
🌍 If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please:
✔ Clearly mark the package as a "Return" to avoid customs fees.
✔ Be aware that return shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.
🚚 International shipping delays are outside of our control, so we appreciate your patience.
